Summary/Abstract: The text constitutes only a general insight into Krzysztof Borzędowski’s rich life and output. Very general analytical attempts point to his diversified language of musical compositions, an interesting and often individual one, depending on the aim of works. Undoubtedly, the very artist belongs to the top composers connected with Beskidy and Żywiec area. What is worth paying attention to constitutes above all original piano and choir compositions referring to the spirit of music by Karol Szymanowski written in an already modernized language. Also, a functional trend (according to its best understanding) is important here, namely a rich line of works created in relation to various needs and orders., most often when using traditional tonal means. What is at issue is a composition for Pilsko, a band from Oświęcim, as well as religious compositions.
