Main Individualizing Features Indicating the Affiliation of Natural Persons to Concrete Places of Living

Summary/Abstract: The author analyses the main individualizing characteristics regulated by domestic legislation. His main premises are their general significance in all fields of the Bulgarian legal system. The latter makes inconsistent use of many different terms to indicate the relation between a certain natural person and a concrete place of territory. The paper aims to clarify their meanings and to compare them. Thus the author observes the most frequent relevant terms, eg., domicile, permanent address and current address. The most important conclusion is that the actual meaning of "domicile" is equal to "permanent address".
