Summary/Abstract: The article reveals the basic stages in the development of the concepts and principles of the philosophy of non-being in Russia at the turn of the 21th century. The views of modern Russian philosophers developing ideas about the paradigm of the philosophy of non-being are considered. It is shown that non-being does exist and its role in the formation and development of the world is significant. The philosophy of non-being represents a particular area of philosophical research and a specific philosophical paradigm in dealing with metaphysical and ontological problems of philosophy.
