Teaching 3D designing by means of the program Autodesk Inventor in engineering faculties using job instructions

Summary/Abstract: In this work I describe the issue and needs of teaching design in a threedimensional system during engineering studies, based on an example of computer science and technology education studies. I described the capabilities of learning how to design using Autodesk Inventor. I have also presented a method of conducting classes using instructions prepared for the task. The benefits of introducing the proposed instruction set for the Autodesk Inventor training classes ware briefly characterized. Autodesk Inventor and its use to study threedimensional design allows an easy and intelligible way to gain design knowledge and skills that can be used later in professional life of every student.
