Summary/Abstract: In view of the security threats of nuclear, chemical and biological terrorism we could describe some chosen important tools how to prevent and international initiatives with the aim to prevent the seizure and destruction of WMD and their materials, which are an important complement to global disarmament and non-proliferation mode. Their importance to the security threat lies in the fact that security arsenals of WMD proliferation and also helps to prevent terrorist groups from gaining access to them. In this context, it is necessary to bring the structure and process of creating non-proliferation cooperative agreements and their implications for the peace processes in the U.S. policy.
