UNIFORM EDUCATION IN CONDITIONS OF GLOBAL TRANSFORMATIONS: TO STATEMENT OF A PROBLEM

Summary/Abstract: In article problems of formation of uniform educational space at a level of system of higher education in modern conditions of development of a global information society are analyzed. It is marked, that in sphere of education global processes lead to significant changes of various educational systems, their integration into uniform space, but at preservation of the distinctions caused by educational traditions. It is marked also, that folding of uniform educational space is the important factor in formation of uniform outlook, and occurrence in uniform world educational space assumes an establishment of global dialogue between various educational systems.
