Summary/Abstract: The author points out changes in the cost structure in water-sewage enterprises, as a result of investments realized in the period 2007-2011 cofinanced from the Coherency Fund sources. The object of analysis are the results of this on the level of prices of services delivered by these enterprises and the possibilities of shaping the prices of these services.
