Selected aspects of property management in sustainable development process

Summary/Abstract: Satisfying essential social needs is fundamental for functioning of every state. Giving the possibility to acquire the right to housing is included in these needs. The realization of this dogma in conditions of Poland causes the need for the expansion of housing. Then it causes unavoidable usage of natural resources. The authors of the article pay attention to the need for the application of the principles of the theory of sustainable development while developing of housing.
