Summary/Abstract: The average efficiency of scientific model coefficients calculated for the CCR approach ranged from 95.3% to 97.5% and for BCC fit within the limits of 98.5-99.4%. The effectiveness of the didactic model is lower than the scientific model. Technical efficiency coefficients calculated for the model of teaching in the CCR approach ranged from 68.3% to 77.3%, while in the BCC approach they were from 82.2% to 84.4%. Effectiveness ratios calculated for the model of scientific and didactic approach calculated for CCR ranged from 98.6% to 99.3% and for BCC approach from 99.2% to 99.7%. Leading positions in the classification of technical efficiency in the scientific model, educational model and scientific-educational model in the years 2007-2009 were occupied by: Warsaw University of Technology, Wrocław University of Technology, University of Technology and Humanities in Bielsko Biala.
