Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to analyze the nature and didactic constituents of students’ satisfaction. In particular the attention is paid to such aspects as: the meaning of didactic elements among other criteria of students’ satisfaction, their hierarchy and students’ assessments. The article uses the results of the analysis of secondary sources as well as the author’s own research results.
