Summary/Abstract: The author has based his studies on the political science conception of G. Almond and S. Verba. He compared political culture of the Polish Commonwealth with Moscovy and concluded that these cultures were un-synchronous. Russia and Poland had different level of the political practices and discourses. This situation generated the mutual incomprehension and exacerbation of international glaring contradictions. The article has an attachment with discussion of the partisipants: M. Krom, V. Yakubsky, D. Virsky, N. Slizh, K. Erusalimsky. Most of them are discordant with the author.
