Summary/Abstract: The process of establishing justice (in Poland) in the circumstances in which the political system has changed should be approached from the point of view of judicial and of political responsabilities. The judicial responsibility implies to solve around 100 death cases by re-habilitating the victims. As regards the political responsibility, there is no consensus on de-Communization while lustration has caused a profound political crisis.
