Institutional strategy for quality of teaching at higher education

Summary/Abstract: In the context of globalization of higher education during eighties of 20th century in European universities, the quality of teaching and assessment of programs is taken as priority problem. During last decade, under the influence of two groups of factors - internal and external, the quality problem arises in Bulgarian universities too. This necessitates establishment of a system for security and development of quality at universities in order to maintain their competitive power at the intellectual market.
