'Good tradition': Prague structuralism continued

Summary/Abstract: The author of the article analyzes the reception of Prague structuralism in the context of the complex historical and political situation of the second half of the 20th century. The author traces the transformations of the way in which the tradition of the structuralism was regarded. She considers the period of its absence in official scientific practice (and some cryptic styles of its continuation) as well as the process of its restoration into the official circulation of ideas after 1989. The author of the article pays special attention to the Polish-Czech-Slovak exchange of theoretical ideas.
