Summary/Abstract: Elements of Medieval Carved Stone Uncovered on Sites in Bistrita, between 2010 – 2011. The architecture in the historic center of Bistrita preserves an important architectural heritage consisting mainly of dwellings in the XV-XVIII century. Interventions in repair, rehabilitation, conservation and restoration of these buildings always offers new data about stages and complex history they went through. By overseeing the work done between 2010-2011 in the old assembly urban area were identified about 20 pieces of medieval stonemasonry XV-XVI century. These elements of specific Gothic and Renaissance enrich architectural authenticity of the city and draw attention to values that can still be discovered in the Transylvanian towns.
