Summary/Abstract: Various factors of pronatalist social-demographic policy of modern Russia are characterized and the importance of reproductional potential of the family is introduced. The new concepts of exogene and endogen factors of social-demographic policy are introduced. On the materials of sociological research in Yaroslavl region the prevailing of endogen factors is proved and prospects of their account in social-demographic policy are introduced.
