Summary/Abstract: Common foreign and security policy is created as shared policy and implemented according to founding treaties by the Union and its Member States in common. As regards to the contemporary development in this area and the intention of Union to operate as strong global player, it is necessary to reconsider competences of the Court of Justice of the EU and implementation of the EU law principles in this area.
