Summary/Abstract: The hereby study presents the evolution of organizational and legal forms related to running business activities by local government units and resulting from the legal regulations in force since 1990, i.e. local government reactivation at the municipal level. It refers to carrying out individual tasks assigned to municipal, district and provincial governments.
