Summary/Abstract: This article attempts to investigate the phenomenon of migration in Europe against the backdrop of the Global revolution for social change, democracy and the effect of the social media, the cyber revolution and youth uprisings in changing world politics; with particular reference to Africa. The churning wheels of social change, communication and political thinking invites intercultural dialogue on the social conscience revolution and its future in addressing the changing landscape of constructive intervention and management.
