Summary/Abstract: Finance problems can appear in all companies. The aim of the article is to show in a short way the strategies of financial restructuring of companies concern, which can help them to survive. Special attention has been focused on restructuring the assets and liabilities, especially dues, commitments. Financial restructuring has a very big influence on the financial picture of companies. In the article there is also analysis of a case, which presents the positive aspects of financial reconstruction of company.
