Summary/Abstract: The artide adresses the issue of constantly changing elements and mechanisms of leadership. It is necessary to use the different leadership elements and changes mechanisms at different stages of the organization life cycle. It is necessary to take into account the sources of resistance to change, to find ways of overcoming it and to use the leadership potential for more efficient implementation of changes. There are considered reorganization particularities in Belarus.
