Role of outsourcing in company’s restructuring

Summary/Abstract: The modern tendency in accounting development is implementation of outsourcing. This means providing accounting services to the companies by professional organizations. The company that uses outsourcing service gets some advantages like cutting down expenses on salary for accountants, subscription to professional journals, stationery, etc. But the most significant advantage can be achieved by combination of outsourcing with ASP (application service providers) technology. This combination helps companies to react otochanges in business environment quickly and efficiently. It also changes not only the companies’ structure, but the system of the whole business: new elements of business structure like ASP-application, developer of software, and ASP-provider begin to play a significant role in accounting technology.
