Monitoring of Restructuring Processes in Sole Shareholder Companies of theTreasury

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to present the way of monitoring of restructuring processes by the Ministry of the Treasury in sole shareholder companies of the Treasury within the confines of corporate governance over these companies. To this end was presented information requirements in relation to the sole shareholder companies of the Treasury in the area of restructuring processes and was shown the way of circulation of information, whis is are needed to exercise the corporate governance by the Ministry of the Treasury.
