Accounting problems of the restructuring and directions of their decision

Summary/Abstract: In this article the authors have analyzed accounting questions of the restructuring within the framework of the separate managing subject, and during introduction of the organization information system in the general information system of economy of the state. The authors believe that the directions of decisions concerning the problems addressed in article will allow the information system to be improved both at the microand macro levels.
