VALUES AND TASKS FOR COORDINATING SPECIALIST MANAGERS IN ID

Summary/Abstract: In the submitted paper the author share her experience accumulated during almost ten years of distance learning practice, a period when one of the major aim of all specialists involved in the implementation of eLearning process was to define the profile and to raise the awareness of special coordinator manager in the frame of an ID European learning process. The paper is structured in three main parts: the first one describes the Romanian educational values versus European ones as they are perceived in Romania, year 2011, followed by a second section in which the particular profile of the coordinator manager is analysed and define in the frame of CREDIS ID department. The last part is dedicated to the analysis of the way in which ID department and its mangers contribute to establish European and globalised education.
