Summary/Abstract: The aim of our contribution is to draw attention to the significance of experience-based learning in the preparation of students for the social worker profession. In the contribution we define and describe social-psychological training as a part of education process at the university system level and at the same time we present partial results of the research carried out in the conditions of the Constantine the Philosopher University (CPU) in Nitra.
