Summary/Abstract: Mobile technology is considered one the most important directions of the new knowledge based society concept all over the world. By using mobile devices, people have broken the time and space frontiers of communication, making the market of such gadgets grow rapidly and become leader of the new technological development. Mobile users are looking permanently for new specified software solutions to have access to the knowledge and digital content for educational purposes. This paper will describe in few words our effort to research and develop a mobile learning system and mobile knowledge system founded by a national research program PNII.
