Summary/Abstract: Project controlling is the instrument of intercompany cooperation that allows to control each phase of the product life time, cost centers analysis, project cash flow control and monitoring profitability and initiating process and system evolution. Controlling department is usually the very responsible unit for the project controlling, but this process also involves other departments, which may be a part of one or many divisions of company. Departments are chosen according to the profitability of their input and ability to generate the added value.
