BANKING ACTIVITIES IN A SIMULATED ENVIRONMENT

Summary/Abstract: This paper presents some aspects of students' practice of Finance and Banking specialization of Spiru Haret University. It is known that the practice in banking institutions is difficult because you can not delegate the responsibilities of bank officers to students. The system proposed in this paper is part of the POSDRU project "Economics students training in simulated banking environment". The proposed software system consists of modules for training specific to each position of the bank and contains assistant modules and testing modules. Finally, students will have bank officer roles and will run all operations in a bank guided by the assistant module.
