Summary/Abstract: The paper’s purpose is to present and also notice the positions of both the teachers and the students as concern methods of teaching and learning using the newest approaches, namely the online platforms. First of all, we shortly exposed the way of working within the Blackboard Academic Suite platform, referring at the opening the courses and the courses administration, which are important parts of the learning process. For a better understanding we realized a machete presenting the complex synchronic and un synchronic relations of the persons implied into this process. The last part presents and interprets the results from a questionnaire fulfilled both by teachers and students.
