Library effective and handed legislative

Summary/Abstract: In this paper the attention will draw to the consequences caused by inadequate, unactual, unreconcilable and non existing legislative, but also, disregard of the current legislative. There were an analysis and comparison of current library rules in B&H and shown that there are nine laws entirely and, they are mainly out of date, new technologies, views and relations and certainly, missed democratization.With desire to answer How legislation we need?, there has been presented a thinking over current situation and helping to identify the solutions which will be base for revision of existing library legislative and solve all the problems with best solution beginning with their status, finances, information systems and all other problems.
