Summary/Abstract: Labour force, one of the most important forces of the economy, is a very sensitive resource. Due to the economic conditions, many citizens have to choose between a legal work, but slow wages and an illegal and unsecured job, but more money. The transition phenomenon faced Romania to a totally new situation: no external debts, but a hard work to become a market economy în the U.E.
