Summary/Abstract: Transfer of corporate profit is a complex and critical subject. Profits and cash flows generated by investment activities conducted in a foreign country have no value to the transnational corporation if it can not be eventually returned to their home country, to be distributed to shareholders. Often, transnational corporations resort to ways of evading the host country regulations on transfer of profit.
