Summary/Abstract: During the Cold War, in the Western side of the Black Sea, on area that comprised territories of the USSR, Romania and Bulgaria, the frontier zones were set up, marked of, and updated in accordance with of the general valuable documents. The territorial clauses, stipulated by the provisions of the Peace Treaty in 1947, did not mean the end of the territorial changes in the area of the Black Sea. After its entrance into the USSR influence sphere, Romania was imposed a new territorial ravishment, having as its main objective the Snakes’ Island. Moscow Protocol followed the pure formal negotiations, the result being predictable even before their beginning.
