Summary/Abstract: Learning to talk and listen to the man in front of us, and striving to make significant positive changes in how we communicate with others can be a difficult task, but certainly achievable. In order to avoid many barriers and pitfalls of communication, individuals often react by imitating a specific behavior; thinkers and researchers in different fields have reached similar conclusions: the health human of relationships needs a core of mutual appreciation.
