The Bulgarian Companies in the Context of Organizational Change

Summary/Abstract: This text discusses the problem of organizational changes in the Bulgarian companies that have, occured during the last years. For the analysis of this process; some theoretical notions of the sociology1 of organizations are used: organizational structure; environment; types of organizational change. The organizational change takes place in a very dynamic environment and is influenced by the past socialist type of economic mode! as well as by the diversity of the transferred and adapted models. Finally, two hypothesis about the organizational development of the Bulgarian enterprise can be formulated.
