Summary/Abstract: One of the main components of Romanian soldiers’ missions in operational theatres from everywhere is and will be the intercultural component. From this reason I consider that the officer training from intercultural perspective meets the needs that the content of traditional education can not satisfy them and which arise from changes in working areas for future officer from Land Forces. So, in this article I will try to present the elements of an intercultural competence training strategy for officer from Land Forces that can represent at least a source of inspiration for those concerned with this field.
