Responsibility of persons managing employees in the health and safety management system

Summary/Abstract: The paper presents a range of obligations, under existing labor laws and other normative documents, for persons managing employees. The author of this article specially paid attention to the responsibility of persons managing employees in the occupational health and safety management system based on PN-N 18001. The study also shows the ways of defining the persons managing employees, necessary qualifications and skills, which should characterize them and management styles that can be used by them.
