Summary/Abstract: The report of mandate is an essential form for the functioning of modern society, from the operation of individual sphere of economy, being governed in a new vision by the provisions of the new Civil Code of Romania, approved by Law 287/2009 which entered into force on October 1st, 2011. Briefly speaking, the mandate is a very useful tool because it facilitates human action by crossing the bridges created by geographical distances and the limited time we have available.
