Summary/Abstract: The preimplementation analysis is a fundamental phase in the implementation of IT projects. The main goal of the article is to explore the impact of business processes analysis and IT system analysis at next stages of the project implementation.The aim of this paper is also to discuss the possibility of using BPMS tools in this phase of the project. The paper also describes the basic assumptions of the plugIT project.
