Summary/Abstract: The article aims at analysing the logic of the emerging post-communist order within the framework of market infrastructure. „The politics of institutionalisation“, meant here as a strategic game related to the construction and transformation of institutions, are, according to the author, a search for institutional strategies, providing the possibility for capital formation, in spite of the difficult conditions: impetuous globalisation of the economy and unequal competition with capital from the more developed countries; limitations of financial stabilisation; high expenses on transactions, and institutional incompleteness of the market. The author has analysed the following strategies: creation of the so-called „organised markets“; forming of financial-industrial groups with elements of crossed ownership; players’ search for ways of transferring part of the costs of transactions to the state; concentration of capital. This overall phenomenon represents the third consecutive stage in the development of so-called „political capitalism“ and threatens to give rise to an oligarchic model of capitalism, because the organised chances for survival of capital and of the strategies of capital increase the expenses and the risk of medium- and small-sized capital operating without an institutional screen; they also favour its escape to dark, shady economy. This impedes the emergence of the so-called „middle class“ and leads to duality of economy. The organisation of some part of national capital is also being accompanied by a politisation of the entire process.
