Summary/Abstract: My paper is a reply to a note by Tomasz Sieczkowski „Discrimination nonetheless. A reply to Krzysztof Saja” [ICF „Diametros” (36) 2013], written as a reply to my paper „Discrimi-nation against same-sex couples” [ICF „Diametros” (34) 2012]. The purpose of the paper is to refute Sieczkowski’s objections that rely on a wrong interpretation of the structure of my main argument. I will describe the proper structure of the reasoning that I offered in the first article and under-mine Sieczkowski’s proposal to justify gay marriages by referring to values such as dignity, free-dom and equality.
