Summary/Abstract: In hardly any other region of the world the linguistic and ethnical variety is as large as in the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina in Serbia. There, where six official languages apply and people belonging to national minorities make up one third of the population, radio announcers and editors have to face special challenges.
