Summary/Abstract: Even the very first ethnographies of internet-based communities have accomplished a narrative model of personal experience story. Today, this attitude is still represented by many researchers. They cultivate autoethnographical methodology more frequently, consciously, and intentionally incorporating it into ethnographic techniques corpus. The article introduces profile, history, and attainments of regarded as such internet-based autoethnography – theoretically and methodologically grounded in qualitative social research, seeking balance between emic and etic in a narrative layer of ethnographic text, and focused on relation between subject and object of the research.
