Summary/Abstract: Stanisław Rybicki – Narbutta 52 (reminscences from the time of the German occupation) During the German occupation the author was active in the underground Home Army, as did other members of his family. They were also helping people of Jewish origin who were in hiding. The author’s father, sister and brother-in-law were all arrested by Gestapo and killed. One of the Gestapo informers responsible for their arrest was sentenced to death and executed during the Warsaw Rising but the main culprit managed to escape punishment. Władysław Sieroszewski – Agent Provocateur During the Warsaw Rising the author was head of the judiciary arm of the Warsaw branch of the Home Army. In his memoirs he describes the trial of Gestapo informer responsible for the arrest of the Rybicki family.
