Summary/Abstract: Each cultural inheritance, by its definition, always belongs to some community. Beside that, the most valuable works, the works which are representative of such an inheritance, if they contain some universal values, or values by themselves, belong to the common property of mankind. These works always grow out of the creative process of exceptional personalities from individual nations, those personalities who create their works just by their individual capacities.
