European Union guidelines for development of human capital

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to present the European Union guidelines for the development of human capital and the advantages for the orgaanisation. The article starts from the identification of the main objectives of Europe 2020, which is the strategic document of European Union development. Next attention is focused on the characteristics of one of the nine Polish integrated strategies – Strategy of Human Capital Development, which is supposed to be a tool to implement all the guidelines connected with the human factor in the European Union.
