Selected issues of human capital management in the opinion of the employee of Poczta Polska SA

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the paper is to introduce the concept of the human capital management on the example of postal services enterprise Poczta Polska SA. Based on the example of Koszalin region the author shows how employees of this company evaluate the process of HCM. Improving the management and measurement of the human capital is possible by exploiting, aggregating and processing of the information. Joining the information about the human capital from many sources with the strategy can give the enterprises a powerful and useful tool that can lead to success. One of the main sources of information are company’s internal customers.
