Summary/Abstract: Diversity management, which is discussed in this paper, is a current issue in the literature, the policy of the European Union, as well as in the everyday practice of an increasing number of companies and other organizations. On the basis of the definitions of DM presented in the relevant literature, with regard to related initiatives like WLB, CSR and equal treatment, an integrated overall approach to Diversity Management is proposed, which accentuates its contextual character.
