Cultural problems of human resources management in international capital groups in the light of empirical studies

Summary/Abstract: This paper analyzes and evaluates a multicultural context of human resources management in international capital groups (holdings). It shows the results of empirical research of cultural problems within the processes of international human resources management conducted by the author. Such problems accompanying expatriates, have been recognized and analyzed in the light of challenges they generate for human resources managers in subordinated companies in international holdings.
